Tell us about your device programme and an Otukan device engineer replies by email. Otukan Device Security embeds protection at firmware level, engineered for each device model and chipset together with whoever holds firmware and signing authority. Say whether you make the devices or commission them for an institution, which models and platforms are involved, and who builds and signs the firmware. Those three answers let the first conversation go straight to your programme. You can also choose Request a technical demo in the form.
Your role and programme
Otukan works with both sides of a device programme.
- Device makers (OEM or ODM) building protection into the models they ship.
- Institutions specifying controlled devices for staff, field operations or citizens, and working with a maker to deliver them.
Choose the one that fits you in the first field. The page you came from travels with your message as context, and you can remove it before sending.
What to tell us
- Models and platform. The devices, chipsets and operating systems in your programme.
- Integration access. Whether you build the firmware yourself, a partner builds it, or you buy finished devices. This decides who Otukan engineers with.
- Your requirement. What the devices must resist and what they protect: payment, identity, operational data or access to internal systems.
Do not send firmware images, source code, signing keys or confidential design documents, in the form or by email. When a later stage needs them, we agree with you first how they are shared, handled and returned, usually under a non-disclosure agreement.
Sending and what happens next
The form confirms your message only once it has been received, and keeps your answers if a field needs attention.
- A device engineer reads your enquiry and replies by email with questions about the models and access involved.
- We set up a technical session with your product security and firmware leads, including a demo if you asked for one.
We use your details only to answer this enquiry. For the product itself, see mobile device security. Short answers to common questions cover each product and how to start working with us.
