Website use and customer contracts
This website describes Otukan’s work in application security, device security and device management. The content explains problems, general approaches and how work is scoped. It is not an offer, a specification or a commitment to supply any product, feature or result. Nothing on the site forms a contract. Product scope, platforms, deliverables and responsibilities are agreed only in writing, in a customer agreement.
Information, not advice
The content is general information about mobile security. It is not professional, legal or compliance advice for your situation. Platform behaviour can change between Android and iOS releases, and the two platforms differ, so check anything you rely on against current platform documentation and your own testing on each platform.
The App Exposure Check
The free App Exposure Check is a passive review of an app’s public store release. You may request it only for an app whose publisher you are authorised to represent. Requesting a check does not oblige you or Otukan to anything further. Findings are sent only to a contact verified as representing the publisher, and they reflect the release reviewed on the date of the review. The check is not a penetration test, a certification or a compliance attestation, and it cannot show that an app has no exposure.

Our material
Unless a page says otherwise, the text, graphics, diagrams and design of this site belong to Otukan. You may view them, and print or save pages for your own reference or for internal evaluation within your organisation. You may quote short passages with a clear attribution and a link to the source page. Any other copying, republication or commercial use needs our written permission.
The Otukan name and logo identify Otukan. Do not use them in a way that suggests we endorse, partner with or are affiliated with you or your product.
Some pages name third-party platforms, frameworks and tools, such as Android, iOS, Google Play or the App Store. Those names belong to their owners. Naming them describes the topic and does not imply any partnership, endorsement or certification.
Linking to this site
You may link to any public page of this site, provided the link is fair and does not suggest a relationship or endorsement that does not exist. Please do not display our pages inside a frame on another site.
